Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your Name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us.

For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours, now and for ever. Amen

FAREWELL SERVICE FOR IAN
In case you haven’t noticed from the dates on the back page, there will be the Circuit farewell ‘do’ for Ian on Saturday 13th July. It will be here in the main hall at OCC, at Ian’s request, with a short service followed by a buffet tea.
St Helens has been invited to arrange the catering and we have confirmed that we will do that.
Please note the date in your diary as this will almost certainly be the only opportunity we will get to thank Ian for his ministry to us.
More details will no doubt be known nearer the date.
PRAYERS AND CONCERNS – this week you are invited to include in your daily prayers:
Ian and Lis while they recover from their health problems and seek guidance for their future.
Our church community here at St Helens including those who attend Sunday worship, Tiny Footprints Baby and Toddler Group, Messy Church, JUMP Club, House Groups / Fellowship, and the Prayer Meeting.
those connected with St Helens who we know are not in the best of health or have particular need of our prayers at this time, including John, Annette, Katie L, Linda J, June, Gladys, Steve, Peggy, Roy and Joyce, Joyce’s great grand-daughter Violet, Robert and Cameron (Rene’s grandson and great grandson), as well as Kerry, and Morris (Lin’s daughter and grandson).
those who live within the community of Ore Village, as well as our near neighbours and those we meet casually throughout the week.
Pray also for our other circuit ministers Peggy Heim and Tricia Williams, as well as the whole Circuit Leadership Team as they work through a number of challenges at present.
Grant us your help, O God, that whatever by the teaching of your Holy Spirit we know to be our duty, we may by your grace be enabled to accomplish; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
William Bright (1824-1901)
Christian Aid Week Prayer
God our Mother and Father, we praise you for the blessings you shower upon us. Bless the lives of our sisters and brothers and their precious children.
In life’s saddest moments, may we feel your love most, O Jesus.
Continue to dwell in our hearts, Lord.
May your love keep us strong. Amen.
